Quite simply, Food Spectrum is an initiative that acts as a platform to allow aspiring chefs the opportunity to showcase their talent and achieve the credibility that they deserve. The showcase takes place at The Endurance (Berwick Street, Soho) and we will be offering our kitchen and ample dining space to a range of budding chefs across the spectrum. We have found some truly amazing talent with some remarkable food and we can't wait to share it with you.
Food Spectrum is exclusive to The Endurance and runs Monday to Friday 12pm- 10pm every Saturday 12pm-10pm and the last Sunday of every month 12pm-9pm.
Please note that we operate a no bookings policy Monday to Friday and reservations will only be available for those dining Saturdays or Sundays.
